Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Navy Civilian Jobs 2026
For the above-mentioned positions, the required educational qualifications include B.Tech, DAE, Matric, BSc, FSc, Middle, and relevant diplomas. For some positions, candidates will also need to meet the specified physical standards in addition to the educational qualifications.
The upper age limit has been set from 18 to 30 years as of 1st July 2026. Individuals who wish to join the Pakistan Navy as civilians and meet the eligibility criteria for the posts, such as educational qualifications and age limit, can apply online and avail these Government jobs in Pakistan.

- Technical category employees will also be eligible for overtime payment equal to 80% of the basic salary.

How can candidates complete their online Registration?
- Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are advised to complete their online registration through the official website of the Pakistan Navy www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk
- The online registration process will remain open from 08 February to 22 February 2026.
- These recruitments will be carried out under Lower Formation PNCA, and appointments will be made as Industrial/Non-Industrial staff in various cities across Pakistan.
- According to service requirements, candidates may be posted to perform their duties in any city of Pakistan.
- Trade tests will be conducted for all positions, and an entry fee of Rs. 200/- has been prescribed for the test.
- For the entry test, candidates must have their registration slip and original National Identity Card; otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
- Except for BPS-01 and BPS-02, the entry test for all other positions will be conducted on a computer. Therefore, all candidates are advised to have basic computer skills.
