Eligiblity criteria for Wildlife Department Govt of Sindh jobs 2026

For recruitment to the advertised positions, candidates must possess educational qualifications ranging from Matriculation to Graduation. However, for the position of Wildlife Guard, candidates must also meet the required physical standards in addition to the educational qualifications. The upper age limit for almost all positions has been set between 21 and 28 years.However, general age relaxation will be granted according to the proposed rules and policies of the Government of Sindh. The age of the applicant will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.

Physical Standards for Wildlife Guard Positions

• Height for Male Candidates: 05 feet 05 inches (minimum)
• Chest for Male Candidates only: 33 inches × 34½ inches
• Running for Male Candidates: 1000 meters in 10 minutes
• Height for Female Candidates: 05 feet 04 inches (minimum)
• Running for Female Candidates: 600 meters in 16 minutes
• Age Required : 21 to 28 years ( Men , Women)

Training after Selection

• 09 months training at Forest and Wildlife School.
• 03 months training at Police Training School.

Online Application Procedure/Important Guidelines

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to submit their applications online through the Government of Sindh Job Portal https://sjp.gos.pk
• Candidates must also upload their educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, and CNIC on the Government of Sindh Job Portal.
• It is mandatory for applicants to have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) test for the Graduation category with at least 40% marks.
• Candidates must possess the STS-issued certificate as required for recruitment to the above-mentioned positions.
• Applicants will have to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for an interview according to the schedule uploaded on the Job Portal, along with their original educational documents.
• Individuals who are already employed in any government department must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department before submitting the application, and the original copy must be presented before the Departmental Selection Committee at the time of the interview.
