Eligibility Criteria for HEC Islamabad Jobs 2025
For these advertised regular vacancies, the required educational qualification is a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree. However, candidates must have relevant experience and full proficiency in their respective fields.The maximum overall age limit has been set between 35 and 50 years. A general age relaxation of 5 years has already been included. However, further age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government rules.

How can candidates submit their applications online?
- Candidates should submit their applications online through the official website of the Higher Education Commission https://careers.hec.gov.pk within the prescribed timeframe.
- Candidates applying for positions from Serial No. 02 to 07 will be required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000.
- Candidates can submit the application fee through the 1Link service using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet.
- Candidates will also have to go through the test stages. The tests will be conducted at the nearest possible locations to the candidates, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
Note: A Master’s degree means 16 years of education.
