Eligibility Criteria

Note: Recruitment to the post of Store Keeper at Serial No. 09 will be made on a daily wage basis, or instructions will be issued by the competent authority for permanent appointment.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The upper age limit for all posts has been uniformly set at a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 32 years. However, general relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted under the prevailing government rules and policy.

How to Apply Online ?

⏭️ 01: Interested and eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online through the official ETEA website, www.etea.edu.pk, within the aforementioned date.
⏭️ 02: After completing the process of submitting the online application, candidates will have to generate a specific online deposit slip (on which the candidate’s personal information, token number, and project code will be entered).
⏭️ 03: Candidates will have to take a printout of the generated online deposit slip and thereafter deposit the prescribed test fee.
⏭️ 04: Candidates will have to deposit the prescribed test fee through the Easypaisa app, agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

Terms & Condition

Candidates will have to pass the screening test for appointment. However, candidates who pass the screening test will have to provide copies of their educational certificates and other documents as required by the appointing authorized officer for scrutiny.
Applicants will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their roll number slips from the ETEA website.
Candidates must provide their correct mobile number while entering their personal information. Otherwise, the candidate will be responsible. Do not enter a SIM number that has been transferred to any other network.
For the recruitment of applicants, preference will be given to individuals holding the domicile of District Kurram (Upper). However, in case of non-availability of local candidates, individuals belonging to nearby districts will be considered.
If the marks obtained in the overall merit of any non-local candidate are higher than those of a local candidate of District Kurram (Upper), the appointment will be decided on the basis of merit.
Such a candidate will be given preference according to the rules. A local candidate will be given preference only in case the candidates have equal marks. A local candidate will not be given preference over a candidate having higher merit.
Furthermore, information of this nature will be displayed on the notice board of DHO Kurram at Parachinar.
The complete screening and scrutiny of candidates will be carried out on the basis of the test conducted and held by ETEA.
Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post will have to submit a separate application for each post and pay a separate fee.
The test date, time, and venue of the applicants will be clearly mentioned on the roll number slip. No separate letter will be issued to the candidates through post or courier for the screening test.
