Eligibility Criteria
The Court has prescribed a minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree, BS in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT), BSc, or Intermediate for appointment to these posts. Candidates must also possess the prescribed shorthand and typing speeds, proficiency in MS Office, and relevant work experience. However, for the post of Driver, an LTV driving licence and five years of relevant driving experience are also required.

Age Limit & Relaxation
The minimum age limit for all these advertised posts is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 30 years. This upper age limit has been implemented in accordance with Rule 08 of the Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules, 1921. For existing government employees who have completed at least three years of service, the maximum age limit is 35 years.

Test / Interview
The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the notice board on October 30, 2026. The written test for the posts of Assistant Computer Operator and Junior Clerk will be conducted for these successful candidates on October 31, 2026, at 8:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. On the same day, a shorthand and computer test will also be conducted for candidates applying for the post of Stenographer. The list of candidates who pass the tests for the posts of Assistant Computer Operator and Stenographer will be issued, and interviews will also be held on the same day.
The interview for the post of Driver will be conducted on October 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The list of successful candidates for the post of Junior Clerk will be displayed on the notice board, and they will also be informed by telephone.
