Eligiblity Criteria

For recruitment against these advertised vacancies, candidates must possess educational qualifications ranging from Primary to Matric. In addition, candidates must also have a diploma and practical work experience in the relevant field. However, for driver positions, candidates must have at least a Middle-level education along with a valid HTV/LTV driving license.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The upper age limit for all posts has been fixed uniformly at 18 to 30 years for civilian candidates. Retired army personnel will be granted a general age relaxation of 15 years, meaning their age should not exceed 45 years. Candidates belonging to Sindh (Rural), FATA, and Balochistan province will be granted an additional general age relaxation of 03 years in the upper age limit.

Note :

For the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), candidates will be required to successfully complete a 3-week IT course from NITB during the probation period. Candidates must also have proficiency in MS Office.

No.01: Candidates are required to submit the prescribed application form along with their CV and attested copies of educational documents to the given address. The educational credentials should include the following documents:

Important Instructions

All candidates must possess a diploma and practical work experience in the relevant field, and the relevant certificate must be attached with the application form. However, only candidates applying for driver positions must possess a valid driving license.
For Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 01 to 05 vacancies, only candidates belonging to the districts of Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, and Mandi Bahauddin will be eligible to apply.
A candidate will be allowed to submit an application for only one vacancy. In case a candidate submits applications for more than one post, all of his/her applications will be rejected.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview on the specified date and time. The test and interview will be conducted at Ordnance Depot Gujranwala.
Selected candidates may be assigned duties at any location across Pakistan as required by the department. They may also be transferred as per requirements.
