Eligibility Criteria for High Court of Sindh, Karachi jobs 2026

For recruitment to the above-mentioned positions, candidates must possess a graduate-level educational qualification along with relevant experience in the respective field. The upper age limit varies for each position, which has been clearly mentioned against each post below. However, general age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government policy.

Selected candidates will be posted in various districts of Sindh Province, where they will be required to perform their duties. These districts include Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Larkana, and Mirpurkhas.

1: Private Secretary (Protocol)

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
No of Posts : 10
Experience and Conveyance: Relevant experience in protocol duties is required, and the applicant must have their own conveyance for protocol and other miscellaneous duties.
Age Requirement: The age limit is 21 to 32 years, and for such candidates the upper age limit is 40 years (relaxation may be granted in deserving cases).

2: Personal Assistant to Officer

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
No of Posts : 49
Experience: Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 45 words per minute (certificate is mandatory). Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are required (certificate is mandatory)
Age Requirement: The age limit should be 18 to 28 years. Stenographers of District Courts who have experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Personal Secretary (PS) to a Judge or Officer in the High Court of Sindh are eligible to apply. For such candidates, the maximum age limit is 45 years (age relaxation may be granted in special cases).

3: Security Officer

Educational Qualification: Graduate.

Experience: 15 years of experience in the relevant field, or a retired Army Officer (Major) with sufficient experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to retired personnel of the armed forces.
Age Requirement: 21 to 50 years.

How to Apply online/Important Guidelines step by step

Step#01: Interested candidates should submit their applications online only through the STS portal https://apply.sts.net.pk within the given deadline.
Step#02: Candidates will need to upload their National Identity Card, domicile, experience certificates, Form-D, PRC, recent photograph, educational documents, and mark sheets.
Step#03: After successfully completing the online application process, candidates can download a system-generated challan of 1500 PKR. This challan can be paid at any ABL bank branch or through the My ABL app. Additionally, payment can also be made via internet banking of any bank linked with 1Bill using the 1Bill reference number.
Step#04: All candidates are advised to use their valid and correct mobile number in the online form to avoid any issues later.
Step#05: Candidates will also have to go through tests.The date, time, and venue of the test will be communicated later via SMS. All tests will be conducted in Karachi.
Step#06: Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position must submit a separate form and pay a separate fee for each post.
Step#07: At the time of the interview, candidates must bring their original educational documents, National Identity Card, domicile, and experience certificates. Employees of this court may also apply even if they exceed the age limit.
