Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Army Civilian Jobs 2026

Candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts must possess educational qualifications ranging from FA, BA, BSc, to Matric. However, candidates having qualifications in IT, MBA, MCom along with computer skills and proficiency in MS Office will be given preference.The upper age limit for all positions is uniformly set between 18 to 30 years.However,

• candidates belonging to Sindh and Balochistan provinces will be granted a general age relaxation of 03 years in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
• Retired military personnel are eligible to apply up to the age of 45 years.

How can candidates submit their Applications

• Candidates must submit their applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, computerized national identity card, and 02 recent passport-size photographs. The complete application must reach the concerned office within the prescribed date.
• Candidates are required to attach a postal order of Rs. 500/- in favor of EME Center Quetta Cantt along with their applications.
• A candidate will be eligible to apply for only one post at a time. In case of submission of applications for more than one post, both applications will be rejected.
• Selected candidates will be required to bear all medical expenses themselves at the initial stage. Only eligible and suitable candidates will be informed for the test and/or interview.
• All educational documents provided by the selected candidates will be duly verified from the relevant institutions. In case any of the submitted documents are found to be fake, the candidate will be dismissed from service immediately, and the authorized officer will have the right to initiate legal action against the candidate in accordance with the law.
• Completely filled applications must reach the concerned office by 10 February 2026.
