Eligiblity Criteria

Candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts must possess an overall educational qualification of Intermediate (Science). They must hold an F.Sc. certificate or an equivalent qualification issued by a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. However, candidates holding only a diploma shall not be eligible to apply.

Physical Standard

Candidates applying for the Forest Guard vacancies must meet the prescribed physical standards in addition to the required educational qualification. The physical standards are as follows:

Height: 05 feet 06 inches.
Chest: 32–34 inches.
Running Test: Candidates must complete a distance of 03 kilometers within 15 minutes.
Medical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit, in good health, and free from all types of physical disabilities.

Age & Limit Relaxation

The age limit for all candidates is 18 to 25 years. General age relaxation in the upper age limit shall be applicable in accordance with the prevailing government rules.

How to Apply ?

No.01: Eligible and interested candidates are required to submit their online applications through the official ETEA website, www.etea.edu.pk, within the above-mentioned closing date.
No.02: After completing the online application submission process, the applicant will be need to create a profile on the ETEA website.
No.03: Applicants will receive a designated deposit slip containing the token number, project code, and the candidate’s personal information.

Application Fee

Candidates will also have to undergo stages such as the test, for which the prescribed test fee must also be deposited.
Candidates are required to print the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee through the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
After depositing the fee, candidates must keep the original bank-stamped deposit slip in their possession.

Terms & Condition

Candidates must print the e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website before depositing the required fee.
It is mandatory to get their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) verified through a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise.
Only those individuals who belong to the relevant districts and meet the prescribed physical standards will be allowed to appear in the aptitude test.
The department may require educational documents from candidates who qualify the screening test, whenever required.
Candidates will be informed about the interview through SMS by the department; therefore, all candidates are requested to keep their mobile numbers active.
Candidates selected for the vacant posts of Forest Guard will be required to undergo mandatory training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Thai Abbottabad.
At the time of the interview, candidates must provide the competent authority with their original educational documents, including educational certificates, domicile of the relevant district, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), and experience certificate.
Candidates must submit the prescribed Police Clearance Certificate issued by the Police Department.
The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip. Candidates should download and print their roll number slip from the ETEA website.
