Eligiblity Criteria

For appointment to the above-mentioned posts, candidates should have educational qualifications such as MSc, Intermediate, and Matric overall. However, candidates should have knowledge of computers and IT or equivalent education from any university.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The upper age limit for all posts has been set uniformly at 18 to 30 years. The age limit will be determined as of January 01, 2026, of the year in which the examination/test is conducted. However, general relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted in accordance with the prevailing policy and rules.

After submitting the online application for the relevant post, a specific deposit slip will be issued, containing the token number, project code, and the candidate’s personal information.

Terms & Condition

⏭️ 01: It will be mandatory for all candidates to update their profile on the ETEA website. They must enter their CNIC number and a valid and active mobile phone number.
⏭️ 02: Candidates will have to get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA e-Sahulat Centre.
⏭️ 03: Candidates will have to print the deposit slip and subsequently pay the prescribed test fee, which will be non-refundable.
⏭️ 04: The prescribed test fee can be deposited through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
⏭️ 05: Applicants must keep the original stamped deposit slip safely with themselves and must not share it with anyone.
⏭️ 06: Candidates will have to go through stages such as a screening test. Those who qualify the screening test will have to mandatorily present their original educational documents to the authorized authority on the day of the interview.
⏭️ 07: After successfully submitting the online applications, applicants are initially not required to send their educational documents or hard copies to the ETEA office.
⏭️ 08: Applicants will receive an SMS from the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) so that they can download and print their roll number slips.
⏭️ 09: No call letter will be sent to candidates through courier for the screening test. The date, time, and venue of the test will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
