Job Introduction
Balochistan Education Department Jobs 2026 have recently been announced through the Daily Jang newspaper. The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from suitable candidates holding a local domicile of District Kohlu for appointment against vacant posts of Secondary School Teacher Science/General (BPS-17) to teach Science and Mathematics in Government Boys/Girls Middle, High, and Higher Secondary Schools.
For these posts, teachers will be appointed purely on an ad hoc basis in accordance with the approved Ad Hoc Teaching Staff Recruitment Policy 1926 of the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan. The above-mentioned posts are being advertised based on the information verified by the District Education Officer, District Kohlu. Therefore, it is necessary for candidates to submit their applications according to the advertised posts.
Persons with disabilities and members of minority communities are also encouraged to apply for these posts. Required Qualification
For recruitment against the above-mentioned posts, candidates must possess a four-year BS degree in the relevant subjects from a recognized university. Alternatively, candidates must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subjects from a recognized university. However, preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in the relevant subject.

⏭️ 01: The school-wise and tehsil-wise details of vacant posts can also be viewed on the Education Department Job Portal.
⏭️ 02: Merit lists for urban areas will be prepared according to the limits of Metropolitan Corporations, Municipal Corporations, and Municipal Committees. Whereas, merit lists for rural areas will be prepared on a Union Council-wise basis.
⏭️ 03: The maximum age of candidates for these posts should be 55 years.
⏭️ 04: Separate merit lists for the quota of persons with disabilities and minority communities will be prepared at the district level.
⏭️ 05: Persons with disabilities are required to submit their applications on the basis of a certificate issued by the Social Welfare Department.
⏭️ 06: Married women will be eligible to submit their applications on the basis of their husband’s local domicile.
⏭️ 07: The residence of candidates will be determined on the basis of the address mentioned on their local domicile and the address recorded on their National Identity Card.
⏭️ 08: Under the Ad Hoc Teaching Staff Recruitment Policy 2026, the appointment of teachers will be for a specified period of one year. In addition, the specified period may end earlier than the stipulated period.
⏭️ 09: In case of selection, the candidate will also be required to provide four copies of verified educational certificates/documents and an affidavit to the relevant educational institutions, as per the District Selection Committee.
