How Can Candidates submit their Applications

Sr No.01: Candidates are required to submit their applications on the prescribed form, along with attested copies of the following documents, through courier or registered post.

• Educational degrees
• Diploma certificates
• National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Domicile certificate

Sr No.02 : Candidates applying for the position of Associate Professor must attach four bound sets of their research publications along with the application.
Sr No.03 : Applicants are also required to email four bound sets (in scanned form) to hr@bbsutsd.edu.pk.

Application Fee

• Applicants are required to pay a processing fee of Rs. 5000 for positions in BPS-19 and above.
• For the positions of Coordinator (IT Centers), Project Coordinator (PSDP), and Instructor, a processing fee of Rs. 3000 must also be submitted.
• The processing fee should be paid through a bank draft or pay order issued by any scheduled bank in favor of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Khairpur Mirs.

Important Instructions

• The applicant’s academic qualification must be excellent, and any third division in the entire academic career will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The competent authority reserves full right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts.
• Candidates currently employed in government, semi-government, and autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• The University reserves the right to cancel any or all of the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
