Eligiblity Criteria

For appointment to the above-mentioned vacancies, candidates should have overall higher educational qualifications such as Master’s, Bachelor’s, MS, PhD, and MPhil. However, individuals having a diploma and additional experience in the relevant field will be preferred. Individuals having qualifications in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, and professional skills will be preferred.

Director QEC (BPS-20)	PhD/MS/MPhil in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, with 12 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years’ leadership/managerial experience in Quality Assurance, accreditation or higher education.
Director QRIC (BPS-20)	PhD/MS/MPhil in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, with 12 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years’ leadership/managerial experience in research development, technology transfer or commercialization. PhD will be preferred
Director IT (BPS-19)	1st Class Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years) in Computer Science/Computer Systems from an HEC-recognized university, with 15 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years’ experience in BPS-18 or equivalent. CCNA/Security certifications will be preferred.
Deputy Director Finance (BPS-18)	Master’s/equivalent in Commerce, Economics or Finance with 6 years’ Audit & Accounts experience in BPS-17 or above. OR B.Com with 10 years’ Accounts experience in BPS-17 or above. University experience will be preferred.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The upper age limit for all positions has been fixed at a maximum of 45 years. However, in exceptional circumstances, candidates having exceptionally high educational qualifications and suitable individuals may be granted a general age relaxation of 05 years.

Candidates should send their applications along with the prescribed form, attested copies of the required educational documents, and Postal Order to the office of the undersigned by the prescribed date.
Candidates can easily download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website www.umpk.edu.pk/career or obtain it from the Office of the Registrar, University of Mirpurkhas.

Application Fee

Candidates will also have to pay a processing fee for applying, which will be non-refundable. A Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 4,000/- in favor of the University of Mirpurkhas must be attached with the application as a processing fee.

Terms & Condition

Applications of candidates without processing fee and professional certificate will be rejected.
The University will also conduct a written test for the candidates. Shortlisted applicants will be called for the written test/interview.
Persons already working in Government and Autonomous Bodies should submit their applications through their department and attach an NOC with their application.
Candidates should not use any kind of recommendation or canvassing for recruitment, as this may cause disqualification of the candidates.
No extra time will be given for postal transit. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that their applications reach by the prescribed date
